SPRING PROGRAMS
Coastal FC provides a variety of soccer programs for all ages and skill levels. These include team programs, training sessions, and camps. Our programs aim to:

Help young players improve with age-appropriate training focused on skills and development.

Teach a creative and organized way of playing soccer.

Encourage important values like teamwork, discipline, focus, and commitment.

As per BC Soccer regulations, our programs are organized by birth year. Spring and Summer 2025 Season Age Groups:
COASTAL CUBS - U3 - U4
​The Coastal Cubs program is designed to provide an introduction to the basics of soccer (dribbling, running, passing, shooting) through a variety of fun games, activities and obstacles. The main focus of this program is to develop players' agility, balance and coordination.​ ​
RECREATIONAL - U5 - U7
The Recreational U5 - U7 soccer program is designed for players at the beginner to intermediate levels. The program will take place at the BMO Coastal Soccer Centre. The program includes one practice session during the week and one game on the weekends, led by parent-volunteer coaches.
RECREATIONAL - U8 - U18
​The Outdoor Recreational U8 - U18 soccer program is designed for beginner- intermediate players. The program will take place at the South Surrey Athletic Park. The program includes one practice session during the week and one game on the weekends, led by parent-volunteer coaches.​
PROSPECTS U8 - U10
The Prospects U8 - U10 program is an intermediate to advanced invite-only program. Player advancement occurs from the Recreational program. The program will take place at South Surrey Athletic Park. The program includes one practice session during the week and one game on the weekends, led by parent-volunteer coaches.​
REP/DIVISIONAL U11 - U18
​The Divisional Rep U11 - U18 program is an intermediate to advanced invite-only program. Player advancement occurs from the Recreational program. The program will take place at South Surrey Athletic Park. The program includes two practice sessions during the week and one game on the weekends, led by parent-volunteer coaches.
DELTA COASTAL SELECTS - U16 - U18
South Delta United, Coastal FC and North Delta FC continue to collaborate in the growth and development of Delta Coastal Selects. The Delta Coastal Selects’ teams participate in the Metro Select League (“MSL”), which organizes and operates competitive boys’ and girls’ leagues for the second highest level of play for youth soccer in B.C., the EA Sports BC Soccer Premier League “BCSPL” being the top level.
