Notifications will be sent via email by program managers to team coaches/managers

Team coaches/managers to notify teams/parents via email, demosphere or group messaging.

BMO Coastal Indoor Centre Closure Guidelines
-
Coastal FC and BC Soccer used the Weather Network Website to determine current weather conditions.
-
Games, training, and programs will only be closed or cancelled if:​

Outdoor temperatures reach unsafe freezing levels
-
Outdoor temperatures reach unsafe high temperatures
-
Outdoor Air Quality reaches unsafe levels (AQHI reaches 7 or higher)

Appropriate Indoor Clothing:​

Winter Layers: thermal base layer/jersey/training or rain jacket, gloves & toque and/or neck gator, soccer training pants/shorts
-
Summer Layers: jersey/training or rain jacket, soccer training pants/shorts, water bottle

BMO House Rules:
-
The BMO Coastal Soccer Centre has a FIFA-approved 3G TURF surface.
-
FIFA-approved 3G TURF means the surface is high quality and safe for playing.
-
The facility must meet FIFA standards to keep this certification.

Coastal FC Staff and Coaches will enforce the rules. Anyone not following the rules may be asked to leave the facility.

No Pets Allowed: Dogs or other pets of any size (small, medium, or large) are not allowed inside the BMO Coastal Soccer Centre.

No food or drinks: ONLY WATER is allowed inside. NO food, coffee, tea, soda, or sports drinks are allowed.

No outside, wet, or muddy shoes inside the facility. Please use the carpets at the entrance to wipe your shoes before entering.

Lawn Chairs: No lawn chairs – they can damage the turf.

Facility Capacity: To avoid overcrowding, please do not enter more than 10 minutes before your game and leave immediately after your game.

Come Ready to Play: There are no dressing rooms or warmup spaces. Players must arrive dressed and ready to play.

Washrooms: Located by the entrance on the south side of the facility.
