SPRING: U8 - U18 RECREATIONAL

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The Outdoor Recreational U8 - U18 soccer program is designed for beginner- intermediate players. The program will take place at the South Surrey Athletic Park. The program includes one practice session during the week and one game on the weekends, led by Certified Parent Volunteer Coaches. The program provides an opportunity for players to engage in physical activity, spend time with friends, and enjoy developing and learning the sport in a pressure-free environment.

PROGRAM DETAILS: Program for players born in 2016 to 2006.

  • 1 training session per week led by Certified Parent Volunteer Coaches

  • 1 game per weekend led by Certified Parent Volunteer Coaches

  • Oversight by Coastal FC Licensed Professional Coaches 

  • Equipment Package Includes: One Blue Coastal FC uniform consisting of a jersey, shorts and socks

  • Boys play Saturday

  • Girls play Sunday

LOCATION: South Surrey Athletic Park and surrounding community fields for training and games.

SPRING DURATION: The Spring program begins April 1, 2024, to June 9, 2024, with breaks during traditional holiday breaks. ​

TRAINING SCHEDULE: 

The schedule below is subject to change based on the availability of fields and our volunteer coaches.

 

Boys train Mondays or Wednesdays. Girls train Tuesdays or Thursdays.

PLACEMENTS/FORMAT

PROGRAM FEES

*New Player Fee: $60.00 (BC Soccer Fee $25.00 + Facility Fee $35.00)

*New player is defined as someone that did not play in the current Fall season (2023/24) or was not registered with any other soccer club for the past fall/winter season.

 

**ALL new U11 players (born 2013) must upload a copy of a birth certificate or equivalent (passport) to complete the registration. Make sure you have it ready when you start the registration process.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICYAn administration fee charge of $50.00 will be applied to all cancellations up until March 15th. There will be no refunds after March 15th, unless accompanied by a medical note, stating that the player is medically unable to participate for the soccer season.

​PLAYER REGISTRATION REQUESTS: While all requests made at the time of registration will be considered; please note that requests are NOT guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate requests on best effort basis. Registration requests made prior to February 15th, 2024 will have priority. We strongly encourage early registration to avoid disappointment.

ADDITIONAL PLAYER ACADEMY PROGRAMS

Players looking for an additional training session with Coastal FC staff coaches should register for one of the Player Academy Sessions.
