PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL TRAINING

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: 1 on 1 and Small Group Training will provide specially designed sessions to meet the specific needs of individual players. Sessions include speed & agility training, skill development, tactical development, and position-specific development for Goalkeepers, Defenders, Midfielders, Wingers and Strikers.
This program is NOT exclusive to Coastal FC players.
PROGRAM DETAILS: For players aged U8-U18

Individual Session: 1 hour

Small Group Session: 1.25 hours ( 2 player minimum - 8 player maximum)

Each training group consists of 4 sessions

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:
There are no refunds once the program has started. Cancellations made prior to the start of the season will have a $50.00 administration fee applied.
