NEW MEMBERS TO CFC
Registration:
Club registration is completed online through Demosphere. There will be no in-person registration.
Registration fees are paid online by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) only. NO CHEQUES OR CASH ACCEPTED.
Per BC Soccer regulations, all players must play in their respective age group and the registration system will automatically do this based on the players’ year of birth.
Players currently registered with another club for the same season are prohibited from registering.
All registrations are subject to availability. Teams/age groups may fill up at ANY time - there is no guarantee of placement for new or returning players.
Registration will only be considered complete once full payment is received.
Members can make a team and coach requests during the time of registration. Requests are not guaranteed.
Refund Policy:

Any refunds request must be requested via the Coastal FC Refund Request Form.
Any emails regarding refunds will receive a response directing you to complete the Coastal FC Refund Request Form. Refunds will not be evaluated unless the official request form is submitted.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund, as all requests are evaluated based on our refund policy.
Waitlist:
Some programs will offer a waitlist.
There is no time frame or guarantee that players will be added to the program.
Members will be contacted via email if a space opens up.
Waitlisted players will be fully refunded if your player/child is not placed.
Review program options to choose the best fit for your child/player (e.g., Fall/Winter, Spring Program or Academy Training).

Go to the Demosphere Registration System.
Click "Sign In to Begin Registration"
You must be logged in with your Demosphere account to proceed with registration. If you do not have a Demosphere account, you can create one on the sign in page.
Select Create an Account to set up a household profile.
Add your email address, Create a password, and add your first & last name.
Click "Create YOUR New Account" to continue
NOTE: You are now creating YOUR new account, which will be used to manage your household, all members (parents & players), payments, and registrations.You will be prompted to create additional profiles for anyone you are registering during the registration process.
Click the Green Register Button in the top right corner
Registration Step 1.2 - Household Information: Add your "Household" Info for your Primary Parent/Guardian (Name, Cell Number, Address)
Registration Step 1.3 - Select Order Item: What would you like to do? Register A Participant/Player OR Register Team Staff/Volunteer (Click Register A Participant/Player for Youth & Adult Program Registration)
Registration Step 2.1 - Identify Participant: Select Household Member To Register - If you are NEW to Coastal FC you will "Create New Member" to add your player/child to your household. Add Player/Child First, Last Name, Birthdate and Gender. Click Save and Continue
Registration Step 2.2 - Select A Season: Select the desired program you want to register your player/child to. NOTE: Only programs that match the birth year of the player/child will be available in the registration drop down menu. Click Continue
Registration Step 2.3 - Additional Information: If you have multiple parents/guardians in our Household you can now add them to your household. This is OPTIONAL. Parent 1: Select - "Household Name" Parent 2: Select - "Household Name" OR "Create New Member"
Registration Step 2.4 - Registration Form: Fill out the any additional Information this step ask you. Such as Financial Codes etc.
Registration Step 2.5 - Review Registration: Review all the information you have entered such as: Registrant, Registration Info, Registration Fees etc.
Registration Step. 2.6 - Seasonal Waiver: Read & review all the information such as Seasonal Waivers, Code of Conducts, Media policy etc. You MUST agree to continue. Check the box "I agree to the above terms and conditions" If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to our Club Registar.
Registration Step 3.1 - Register Another: If you are adding another player/child please click "Register A Participant/Player OR Register Team Staff/Volunteer" if you are done click "No - Finish and Check Out"
Registration Step 4.1 - Review and Pay: Review all the information you have entered such as: Registrant, Registration Info, Registration Fees. Select Payment Method. Please note there is a service fee charge "The service fee applies to all online payments and covers the processing fees associated with the Demosphere registration system, credit cards, and data privacy, security, and PCI compliance. The service fee is non-refundable." Add in your Card Info such as: Card Holder, Card Number, Security Code, Expiration Dates and your Billing Address. Click Submit Order once done.
You are done & registered for Coastal FC Programs. You will receive an email confirmation with any details of the specific program you signed up for
Coastal FC is dedicated to reducing financial barriers and ensuring access to sport for families in our community. Our team programs are eligible for financial assistance to help cover or supplement fees. We encourage members to begin the application process early, as funding approval may take several months.
