Coastal FC does not have designated office hours. However, staff members may occasionally be present at the BMO Coastal Soccer Centre. You are welcome to approach them with questions, and they will do their best to assist you. In most cases, they will direct you to visit our website FAQ page or the Club Contacts page to connect with the appropriate staff member for further assistance.
The best way to stay informed about Coastal FC club news is to ensure your Household Email in your Demosphere account email address is up to date.
Additionally, Coastal FC has a monthly newsletter; members are automatically subscribed but can unsubscribe from the newsletter at the bottom of the newsletter.

The Fall/Winter Registration will open on April 15th at 6:00AM PST.
The Spring Registration will open on January 15th at 6:00 AM PST.
The Fall/Winter season runs from September to March, with a break from mid-December through to early January. Dates are posted on the website for each program.
The Spring season runs from April to June. Dates are posted on the website for each program.
Games are played rain or shine.
Games are usually played on Saturdays for boys and Sundays for girls. On rare occasions, there could be some games scheduled during the week.
Youth players can generally expect to travel for games outside of Surrey/White Rock.
Our club uses an online program called Demosphere.

Select "Fall/Winter Programs" OR “Spring Programs” on the website and select your desired program.
Select your child’s age group and then the registration button.
Make sure you have read the information on the website before making a program selection to avoid any mistaken registrations.

Yes, training sessions and games will take place when it’s raining. The only time play may be cancelled is if the field is closed or if there’s inclement weather. Please read our Weather Guidelines for more information
Coastal FC is part of the BCCSL which is a League, this league determines if there are games on long weekends or holidays such as National Day of Truth and Reconciliation and Remembrance Day weekend.
For U11 - U18 Recreational, Rep/Divisional Teams: There are no league games scheduled during Thanksgiving. Please note that the Family Day long weekend is designated as a makeup weekend for league games..
Please refer to the specific program pages and our Important Dates page for more details on the schedule and holidays. Teams can also participate in optional tournaments, depending on their age and skill level.
Fall, Winter, and Spring Season Soccer is a recreational league designed for different age groups. The Indoor U5-U7 Recreational Program and U8-U18 Outdoor Recreational Teams typically have one practice and one game per week during the season, focusing on team-based play and competition within their age group.
Coastal FC Academy Programs, such as the U5-U7 Indoor Player Academy and U8-U13 Outdoor Player Academy, prioritize individual skill development. These programs group players by skill level rather than age or team, allowing for mixed-age training. Sessions are led by licensed professional coaches who provide specialized training to help players build skills and confidence that they can apply in their team play.
All program fees can be found on the Program drop-down website. All program fees include the $100.00 refundable Volunteer Bond and the $35.00 Facility Fee. You can find more information on registration by visiting our Registration Info page.

If you are applying for financial assistance (e.g. KidSport, Jumpstart, etc.), the application is your responsibility and not the responsibility of Coastal FC . Along with your CFC application form you must provide a copy of your application for funding before the registration deadlines. Once received, the Registrar will plan with you for online registration.
No, you do not need to create a new account. Please log in with your email address into your household account.
If you "Forgot Your Password," click the "Forgot password or Retrieve account button." Follow the steps by Demosphere to reset or retrieve your account. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT - if you cannot remember what email address you used to create your account please contact csteer@coastalfc.ca
Yes, if registration is still open, but please note there may be a waitlist. We do accept fees for waitlisted players.
If your child is new to Coastal FC you can either upload the document during the registration process or submit a copy of their Birth certificate to csteer@coastalfc.ca
Soccer cleats and a pair of shin guards are required for all programs unless otherwise noted. Fall and Spring League registration fees include club jerseys, shorts and socks, depending on the programs.
All players keep their jerseys at the end of the season. Coastal FC has an online store to purchase additional pairs of socks, additional shorts and other Coastal FC player wear and fan wear. Click HERE to purchase.
Fall Registration:
Volunteer codes will be sent to all volunteers before the fall registration opening. If you didn’t get a code before the start of registration, please contact csteer@coatalfc.ca
Spring Registration:
No volunteer credits are given for Spring Registration. Volunteers will be given credit for Fall Registration in April. Eligible Volunteers will receive the code.
To make a refund request, you must fill out the Refund Request form. Any refund request must be requested via the Coastal FC Refund Request Form. Any emails regarding refunds will receive a response directing you to complete theCoastal FC Refund Request Form. Refunds will only be evaluated if the official request form is submitted. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund, as all requests are evaluated based on our refund policy.
