Using the online link available on the website select the program you want from the drop down menu.

If you are a new member at Coastal FC, click here for step-by-step instructions. You first must create a Demosphere account with all the household members you want to register. You also must include a copy of your child's birth certificate.

Go to the Demosphere Portal click HERE. If you "Forgot Your Password," click the "Forgot password or Retrieve account button." Follow the steps by Demosphere to reset or retrieve your account. DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT - if you have technical problems, please visit Demopshere Support Site here.

If you need to update you Demosphere profile a new phone number , address and/or photo outside of the normal registration process, please follow these steps:

1. Login to your account

2.Click the blue "Manage Profile" button under "My profile Information"

3. This will navigate you to where households and members are managed.

4.Click to “Edit” the member’s profile details, you can change your details at this point.

5. Click save

No, use your email address to open the registration link. Click HERE to access the Demosphere Registration Portal.

Step 1: Navigate to your My Account on the home screen by either tapping on the menu icon in the top right > Account or tapping the Account icon in the lower right.

Step 2: On the MyAccount view tap on your household name.

Step 3: On the My Household view tap on Add Member

Enter profile information for the new household member. The first and last name at minimum is required for adding a new household member. Tap save once complete. For tutorial view clickHERE

If you have admin privileges within your household, you can add a new member (parent/guardian/grandparent/babysitter) to your household by navigating to:

• MY ACCOUNT using the links in the footer or top menu of any screen

• From the MY ACCOUNT view, click on the name of your household and select the ADD MEMBER option.

If you need this member to have access to your child’s team for event and communication access, they must be designated as a Household Admin. Once a new member is added, your new household member will receive an email and must verify their account and set up a password before access can be granted.

If you feel you should have Household Admin privileges and do not, or need another member removed from your household, contact csteer@coastlfc.ca for assistance.

The Demosphere Mobile app does not support account deletion at this time. To request the removal of your Demosphere account, please first contact csteer@coastalfc.ca to ensure that all outstanding refunds or account balances are settled.

Data on our servers is protected by multiple firewalls, access control list, and

encrypted keys to control access. Additionally, our servers are scanned at

regular intervals for new potential security threats.

Our systems are managed by in-house experts in data security and maintenance of personally identifiable information. The system is structured to minimize the chance of non-professional users compromising an individual’s privacy or identity.

Our experts analyze how data is collected, stored, backed up, copied, summarized, reported, edited, and sent to other parties with respect to maintaining the accuracy, confidentiality, privacy, and integrity of the data files.

Demosphere’s entire network is housed in one of the largest secure facilities dedicated to server hosting, a principal hub of technological expertise on the Internet. Physical security is maintained by 24-hour guards and alarm systems. Electricity, air conditioning, and connectivity to the Internet are maintained by redundant, highly available systems.

Monitoring is performed continually on every server, from both inside and outside the Demosphere network, on multiple protocols. These checks confirm that each server is running & functioning properly. Every three minutes, monitors check the servers and if any exceptional situation is detected, a message with the exact problem is sent to our technical staff, 24x7x365.

Demosphere is PCI-Compliant. What does this mean for you? It means that Demosphere holds compliance with credit card security standards and can process payments securely online. Monthly audits are performed to confirm ongoing compliance.

At Demosphere, we do not use, share or sell any registrant data from our systems for any purpose. All data collected by your organization is yours – you retain ownership – we just store it securely on your behalf.
