PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The Development / Divisional U11 - U18 program is an intermediate to advanced invite-only program. Player advancement occurs from the Recreational program. The program will take place at South Surrey Athletic Park. The program includes two practice sessions during the week and one game on the weekends, led by Certified Parent Volunteer Coaches. The program also provides identification, advancement and continued development of future BCSPL, Rep and Non-Rep players and coaches.

PROGRAM DETAILS: Program for players born in 2013 to 2006.

  • 2 training sessions per week led by Certified Parent Volunteer Coaches

  • 1 game per weekend led by Certified Parent Volunteer Coaches

  • 1 high-performance academy session per week (by selection. see below for additional information) (U11 - U12)

  • Equipment Package Includes: One Blue Coastal FC uniform consisting of a jersey, shorts and socks

  • League Play - Entering into the Cascadia Soccer League

LOCATION: South Surrey Athletic Park Turf Fields and surrounding community fields for training and home games. Away game locations are to be determined.​​

SPRING DURATION: The Spring program begins April 1, 2024, to June 9, 2024, with breaks during traditional holiday breaks. ​

Please click HERE to see the 2024/2025 Spring Training Schedule. The schedule is subject to change based on the availability of fields and our volunteer coaches. Boys train on Mondays or Wednesdays. Girls train on Tuesdays or Thursdays 

PLACEMENT/FORMAT

PROGRAM FEES

*New Player Fee: $60.00 (BC Soccer Fee $25.00 + Facility Fee $35.00)

*New player is defined as someone that did not play in the current Fall season (2023/24) or was not registered with any other soccer club for the past fall/winter season.

 

**ALL new U11 players (born 2013) must upload a copy of a birth certificate or equivalent (passport) to complete the registration. Make sure you have it ready when you start the registration process.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICYAn administration fee charge of $50.00 will be applied to all cancellations up until March 15th. There will be no refunds after March 15th, unless accompanied by a medical note, stating that the player is medically unable to participate for the soccer season.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE ADDITIONAL PROGRAMS

Selected development players (U11-U12) will be invited into the High Performance Academy (HPA) at an additional fee. For those players not included in the HPA please refer to the additional programs offered below. 

Players looking for an additional training session with Coastal FC staff coaches should register for one of  the Player Academy Sessions.
