BRAND GUIDELINES

Coastal FC’s name and logo are valuable parts of our identity.

To ensure they are used correctly and consistently, all use of our brand and logo requires written approval from the Club.

BRAND/LOGO REQUEST FORM

HOW TO REQUEST BRAND/LOGO FILES?

STEP 1:

Review the Coastal FC Brand & Logo Guidelines above to ensure your request meets the requirements before submitting the request form.

STEP 2:

For Coastal FC Members, Coaches, Parents, or Players: Fill out and submit the Coastal FC Brand & Logo Request Form by clicking HERE, completing all sections with the required information.
For Companies / External Partners: Email your request to operations@coastalf.ca with all required information.

STEP 3:

You will get an automated email saying "Request Submitted." Please wait for a Coastal FC staff member to send you a “Request Confirmation.”

Requests are reviewed within 3–7 business days after submission.
Each request is considered on a case-by-case basis based on the reasoning provided. Approval is not guaranteed.
A Coastal FC staff member may contact you if additional information is needed.
