MANAGERS' CORNER
VOLUNTEER-RESPONSBILITIES
Coastal FC is a volunteer-led club. Coaches, team managers, and event volunteers are essential to Coastal FC forming teams, participating in leagues, and conducting Club programming. All volunteers are required to complete a Criminal Record Check and respect our Code of Conduct.
Team Managers' Responsibilities:

Managing communication between the club, coaches, player/parent group and in-league participating teams, including the opponent

Sharing pertinent information with the team (club communication, schedules, etc.)

Checking and confirming training, league & club game schedules

Inputting schedules into scheduling app (Otto) for team

Updating league rosters with player/staff photos for ID Cards (U11 - U18 teams)

Printing match sheets (U11 - U18 teams)

Score Reporting

Help organize team events - photo day, wrap-up, etc​​​
COMMUNICATION CONTACTS
Admin Staff:
Erica Kerr: All registration questions (player/staff registration within OTTO SPORT, CRC’s, Respect In Sport)
Shelley Chin: All admin questions (schedules, team rosters, league information, club communication, etc.)
Kevyn Oyhenart: Kit & Equipment - missing or exchanging player kits (jersey, short & socks), pinnies, balls,etc. (Kevyn requests that only team staff reach out to him in regards to missing/exchanging player kits, etc.)
Technical Staff:
All On-Field support - Drills, skill development, training & game layout
Jessica Hamilton: U8 - U13 Recreational teams
David Hicks: U14 - U18 Teams ( Recreational & Divisional)
