At Coastal FC, we offer soccer programs for all ages and skill levels. This includes adult players. Whether you are new to the game or have been playing for years, there is a program for you. Our adult options include team leagues, training sessions, and special events.

ADULT SOCCER
Adult Soccer Leagues
Open for Adults 18-30+
At Coastal FC, our players transition from youth to Adult programs once they reach U18. This provides a fantastic opportunity for former youth players to stay active and engaged in the sport. Our Adult program offers a structured environment with weekly training sessions and full support from Coastal FC. We cater to various levels, including Open Play & Masters Play, aiming to be a lifelong soccer club for ages 4 to 60.

Adult Casual Soccer
Open for Adults 19+
Looking for something fun to do? Whether you are a retired soccer pro, a weekend warrior or somewhere in between, join us for a fun night of casual soccer! Our adult open play is available to men and women aged 19 and above, of all skill levels.
It’s fun, fast-paced, and has a friendly vibe. You can play any position in a casual environment. Bring your work colleagues for some great corporate team bonding, or just come by and make new friends.
WALKING SOCCER
Elderly Casual Soccer
Open to Adults 50+
Are you looking to get out, be active and make new friends?! Come join us on the pitch for a low-impact version of the ‘beautiful game’! ​​Walking soccer is ideal for those individuals for those who are unable to play the game in its traditional format and for those who are looking to try something new and fun. This program is offered to men and women over the age of 50.
