Coastal FC Expands Opportunities for Women and Girls

Coastal FC is excited to launch its Women and Girls Engagement Initiative, creating additional opportunities for girls and women to connect, participate and grow within the Coastal soccer community.

The initiative will include mentoring, workshops, events, coach development, and leadership opportunities, creating pathways for girls and women to stay involved in the game in a variety of roles. Through these opportunities, Coastal hopes to strengthen connections across the club and support soccer's continued growth for everyone.

The initiative was developed in alignment with Canada Soccer’s Close the Gap campaign, which focuses on strengthening opportunities for women and girls across the sport.

The initiative will continue to evolve and grow, complementing Coastal FC’s existing club programming.
