U8 - U13 PLAYER ACADEMY

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: The Coastal FC Outdoor Player Academy is for U8 - U13 (2011 - 2016) with a major emphasis on developing players skills with a primary focus on technical abilities and skill components of the game. This program will focus on a progression of physical literacy, technical skill components with an emphasis on long term player development. This is an additional training session led by our Coastal FC Technical Staff that will provide a challenging, supported and passionate environment for players to have fun and develop.

PROGRAM DETAILS:

1 x 1 hour session per week
Professional staff led
Approximate ratio 14 players to 1 staff
Technical soccer development
- Technical Focus on:
  - Ball manipulation
  - Dribbling
  - Running with the ball
  - Passing
  - Shooting

LOCATION: South Surrey Athletic Park

DURATION:

The Fall program will run Friday evenings beginning September 22, 2023 through to Feb 23, 2024; with breaks during traditional holiday breaks.

PROGRAM FEES: $350.00

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Academy Structure and Player Movement

Groups will be structured by ability and/or age. Players will have the opportunity, based on staff assessment and recommendation, to move within the academy system.

For example: Players at the entry level (House) will have the opportunity to develop their abilities for possible placement at higher levels such as Prospects or Rep. Similarly, players attending from the Prospects and Rep levels will have the opportunity to develop their abilities for possible placement at higher levels such as Rep or potentially Premier League in the near future.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds once the program has started. Cancellations made prior to the start of the season will have a $50.00 administration fee applied.
