In May 2017, Markel Canada acquired 100% interest in AllSport Insurance Marketing Ltd.  BC Soccer has provided Coastal FC with the new AllSport Athletic Accident Claim Form (below).  All members are asked to use this form when submitting any soccer related injury accident claims.
