The Coastal FC Development Academy is for all U8 -U12 rep/competitive players seeking to further develop their technical ability and improve their overall game. The Development Academy will focus on a progression of technical and tactical components of the game delivered by experienced and qualified staff, in a challenging, supported and passionate environment for players to have fun and develop.
The cost of this program is included in the Rep registration fees. If you are a player in Club Academy, invited to participate, a registration link will be sent to you.
Development Academy Goals
The goal of The Academy is to help develop and prepare individuals for participation in a variety of programs in the future and help foster a love for the game throughout their soccer careers. The experience gained from attending The Academy will properly prepare players for the transition into these levels of programming.
Development Academy Structure and Player Movement
Groups will be structured by team. Players will have the opportunity, based on staff assessment and recommendation, to move within the academy system. For example: Players playing in Div 2 will have the opportunity to develop their abilities for possible placement at higher levels such as Div 1.
Additionally, highly motivated players within the Development Academy program, will be invited to participated in the INVITE ONLY High Performance Academy, in lieu of Development Academy.
Development Academy Kit

Development Academy Schedule
The Academy will consist of one term with an 18 week duration. All sessions are delivered by professional Coastal FC Academy Staff.
In the event of a statutory holiday or session missed due to weather, additional academy sessions will be added at the end of term in question for up to 20 weeks.
Phase 1 ends Friday December 13th
Phase 2 Begins Friday January 10th, 2020
